When the Words Find Me
Gentle thoughts and everyday moments β reflections on life, growth, and gratitude.

Yesterdayβs 3β2β1 Thursday from James Clear landed in my inbox with a post titled βHow to Handle Idiots.β
βIf someone is acting like an idiot, you can just move on and let them be wrong. You do not have a personal obligation to correct people who are committed to being stupid... you can simply reclaim your time and move on to more productive ventures.β
It couldnβt have arrived at a better (or worse) moment. πΈ Iβd just come through one of those conversations that leaves you frustrated, drained, and wondering why people make things harder than they need to be. The timing was uncanny β a gentle nudge to stop trying to fix what isnβt mine to fix.
β¨ Reading those words reminded me that sometimes the wisest response is to step back, breathe, and protect your own peace. Not everything β or everyone β is yours to sort out. πΌ
π Take a moment to breathe β and let go of what isnβt yours to carry.
