Three weeks on the road, and the days are settling into a gentle rhythm as we slow down, notice more, and enjoy life by the Adriatic.
Three weeks in, and the days have found a nice rhythm. Touch wood, no dramas this week. Weβve reached the Adriatic and are settling into the easy pace of life on the road π
Weβre getting better at planning our routes, and the shopping is sorted β three daysβ food is more than enough and usually lasts closer to five. The little jobs that felt new at the start are becoming second nature.
Iβve always believed in stepping out of my comfort zone and really noticing whatβs around me. Over the winter I started slowing down on my walks, taking more in β and that mindset is shaping this trip too.
Even with photos, Iβve noticed a shift. Fewer shots, but better ones β waiting for the moment rather than rushing it.
Now weβve reached the Balkans, it feels like a turning point. Time to enjoy the days, find a balance of walking, cycling, sightseeing, and simply loving life on the road.
Next up is Croatia ππ· as we head towards PoreΔ β somewhere we visited around 40 years ago. Iβm sure a lot has changed, but it will be interesting to see what still feels familiar.
