From mountain roads and peaceful valleys to beautiful lakes and a charming stretch of coastline, Slovenia was a country we thoroughly enjoyed exploring. Here’s a look at where we stayed and the places we visited.
From Austria, we travelled through the Karawanks Tunnel and into Slovenia for the next part of our adventure. We found peaceful valleys, dramatic scenery and several places we were very glad we had stopped to explore. Later in the journey, on our way back north, Lake Bled became one of the highlights of the whole trip.
