Cold air, changing skies, and a bit of rain-dodging… but I’m feeling grateful for the freedom to walk, play golf and cycle my way through the week.

Down Badgers Alley and back along the coast — a lovely loop with good miles and fresh sea air. 🚲🌊

Walk around the golf course (spotting colour): A gentle wander with my eyes open — little pops of colour everywhere. 🍂🌿

Friday Talacre Beach + Point of Ayr Colliery heritage: Coast path views with a pause for local history at Point of Ayr Colliery. 🌊🏭

Saturday social (dodging the rain): Another ride squeezed in between showers — somehow we managed to dodge the worst of it! ☁️🚲
