OUR THOUGHTS
Camping Kate was a lovely site. We chose one of the quieter pitches towards the back, where we had lovely views. Each pitch had its own water supply, and although the site was moderately busy during our stay, it still had a relaxed feel.
The campsite sits above Mlini and the beach, so there are quite a few steps down to the seafront — and of course back up again. Once there, we found bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.
GETTING TO DUBROVNIK
Camping Kate is well placed for visiting Dubrovnik. Regular buses run into the city, but we chose to take the ferry from Mlini.
The ferry cost €15 and was a lovely way to travel into Dubrovnik, with no need to worry about driving or parking.

👎 THINGS TO BE AWARE OF
- Some road noise on pitches nearer the main road
- Quite a few steps between the campsite and the beach
- The climb back up may not suit everyone

Definitely. Camping Kate gets a well-deserved 9/10 from us.
