The aire is beside the River Duero, just a short walk from the historic centre of Aranda de Duero.
It’s essentially a car park rather than a campsite, but its location makes it an excellent overnight stop.
Exploring the Area
Aranda de Duero is an attractive town in the heart of the Ribera del Duero wine region.
The historic centre is only a short walk from the aire, with a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.
It’s an ideal place to stretch your legs, explore the old streets and enjoy a drink or something to eat without needing to move the motorhome.
Our Verdict
A perfect place for an overnight stop. The aire is free, with all the essential motorhome services, and just a short walk from the centre of Aranda de Duero.
We were lucky to get the last available space, so arriving earlier might be wise.
It’s essentially a car park beside the river, but for a convenient stopover, we’d happily recommend it.
